2. Camera and Microphone Permissions

To provide interactive live classes, our mobile application requires access to your device's Camera and Microphone.

• Why we need it: These permissions are strictly used to allow students to participate in live, real-time video and audio classes with Manzoor Sir (powered by LiveKit).
• Privacy Assurance: We do not record or store your camera feed or microphone audio in the background. Audio and video data are only transmitted in real-time while you are actively in a live class session.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Facilitate account creation and authentication (via Firebase).
• Deliver live educational content and manage student enrollments.
• Send administrative information, such as class schedule changes or platform updates.
• Provide student support and respond to inquiries.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to run our platform. These providers have their own strict privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and database management.
• LiveKit: Used for secure, real-time WebRTC video and audio streaming during live classes.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, please contact us at contact@mathsfluent.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and delete your data from our active databases within 15 business days.

Our platform provides educational content. If a user is under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), we require that a parent or legal guardian create the account and consent to the collection of the child's information for educational purposes.
